The Sawmill has cut through West Pymble

Two Italian brothers, Rocco & John Mammone have landed in West Pymble to pursue their dream & passion for food and hospitality. Together with business partners Susan and Domenico Murdocco, it is the first venture of the ‘Italian Street Collection.’

The Sawmill Café, Restaurant & Pizzeria, has awesome home style fresh food with a modern twist, great service and the decor is pretty stylish too! It's the kind of place that has an atmosphere which will have you sitting and enjoying yourself, while time flies by.... and you wont want to leave. I never do!

"It's not just about the food, its the atmosphere and the people"

The years of experience in hospitality and keen eye for customer service, make dining at the Sawmill really warming, keeping first timers returning and has seen a mass of customers follow the boys from their short stint at the Butchers Block in Wahroonga to West Pymble.

From a style point of view, the use of natural and recycled timber throughout the space really gives it that warm cosy feel whilst the metal beams and rustic accents give it that edge. The warmth of the woodfire pizza oven and the smell of deliciousness just oozes through the venue.

Paying homage to the local area of West Pymble by drawing inspiration from its rich local history, The Sawmill brings a touch of traditional Italy to the area uniting both cultures together - one of Australian history and the other of Italian food. What a magical mix!

It's the perfect venue for for your next event, be it a birthday, anniversary, christening celebration, kitchen tea or corporate dinner. This venue is so versatile it can be transformed into a magical space changing the atmosphere to suit your event and style.
